Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. A second email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.

During high-demand periods (product drops, collaborations, holidays), processing times may extend slightly.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery speed.

International Shipping

  • Delivery times vary by destination (typically 7–21 business days)

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Delays

Brooklyn Republic is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather or high shipping volume. However, we will assist in tracking and resolving any issues when possible.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. Brooklyn Republic is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at [your support email] before the order ships.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Brooklyn Republic is not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. If this occurs, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. We will assist where possible.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Pre-Orders & Limited Drops

Items marked as pre-order or part of exclusive drops may have extended processing times. Estimated shipping timelines will be provided on the product page.
